24X7 shift
3-5 year of experiance
Familiarity with the monitoring and alerting infrastructure related operational tasks.
Monitoring experience with different monitoring tools. Knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring tool would be an advantage.
Working experience on ticketing tool along with E-mail etiquettes.
Willingness to work on rotational shift.
Good communication skills.
Work experience as NOC engineer.
Preparing reports and publishing as per schedule.
