:IT Support Engineer Job Responsibilities

Installation of new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, network devices, etc.).
Configuration of systems (OS installation, software installation, domain join, etc.).
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software issues of internal users.
Register user issues and raise Technical Support tickets.
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
Asset Inventory management and documentation.
Microsoft Intune management - AD join, BitLocker encryption, GPO, OU Management, etc.
Patch Management - Schedule of OS patching and application or software update.
Adding systems to Wi-Fi Access point for MAC binding to enable device authentication for Internet connection.
Adding Guest users for visitor Internet access.
Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection.
Network maintenance and Fixing network faults with Day-to-day admin and monitoring of network use.
Biometric registration of users and generating reports for attendance records.
Resolving printer issues.
Adding exceptions for USB Block, etc.
Prepare technical documentation wherever necessary.
Training staff on new systems.
