Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software.
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• The Engineer should visit the site and configure the network devices.
• The Engineer must travel from the office to the respective client location.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• We are maintaining good client relations.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• IT Engineers typically work overseas in a temporary travel status up to 50% of the time.
• Network maintenance: keeping servers and cyber security up to date.
• Installation and maintenance of network infrastructure in an IT enterprise (cabling, power)
• They should be familiar with CCTV Security, TCP/IP Networks, wireless solutions, and access control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
