Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused network Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our customer and internal team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This role will involve troubleshooting Networking to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring: Continuously monitor network devices, systems, and services for performance, uptime, and security using network monitoring tools 2. Issue Identification: Detect network anomalies, outages, or irregularities and classify issues based on severity and impact 3. Incident Logging: Log network incidents and service disruptions, capturing relevant information and details about the reported problems 4. Alerts and Notifications: Configure alerting and notification systems to ensure that appropriate teams are informed of network issues promptly 5. Ticketing System: Create and manage support tickets or incident reports for each issue, ensuring accurate and complete documentation 6. Initial Troubleshooting: Conduct initial troubleshooting steps, such as basic checks and tests, to determine the nature of the reported issues 7. Escalation: Escalate issues to Level 2 or Level 3 engineers when necessary, ensuring that more experienced team members handle complex problems 8. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers or end-users to gather additional information about network issues and provide initial support or guidance. 9. Outstanding communication skills Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Networking or related field (or equivalent experience)/MCA Proven experience in a similar role providing network support to end-users Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols,(e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: This is a full-time position and Rotational Job Occasional after-hours support may be required Opportunities for professional development and training will be provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: 156,000.00 - 210,000.00 per month Day range:
