Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the app and website.
• Ensure system performance, uptime, and a seamless user experience.
• Implement and maintain data security policies and monitor for threats.
• Manage servers, databases, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with developers for updates and bug fixes.
• Provide IT support to staff and train on cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support and data security.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, firewalls, and encryption.
• Proficiency in IT tools, server management, and cloud services.
Preferred Skills:
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, app, and website issues.
• Networking basics.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Experience with system monitoring tools.
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with web hosting and basic web development (HTML, CSS).
• Proficiency in IT ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
• Awareness of cybersecurity protocols and data protection.
• Backup and disaster recovery experience.
