IT Support and Graphics Designer

Location: Takshashila School of Civil Services

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IT Support and Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and creative flair to support our IT infrastructure and create compelling visual content for our educational programs and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

•IT Support:•

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of online classes and webinars.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of the institute's website and learning management systems.
• Manage data backups and security protocols.

•Graphics Design:•

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for educational materials, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Design promotional materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and infographics.
• Collaborate with educators and the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content.
• Ensure all designs align with the institute's brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
