The IT Developer/Consultant will maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Roles, Permissions, Sharing Rules and Security) as well as create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflowand approval processes, and manage integrations between our HCM systems and other systems Summary of Job Responsibilities: Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security). Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow and approval processes. Perform daily administration, maintenance and support of the systems including, but not limited to ongoing maintenance, back-ups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and integrations. Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity. Educate users with proactive practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of the application. Research changes in upcoming versions and other integrated applications provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop relationships with business partners to support new development initiatives Elicit program requirements through focused collaboration, meetings, conference calls Define user requirements, use cases, workflows, processes in the form Epics, and User Stories, and formulate test plans and test cases supporting them. Implement improvements and custom projects individually or by working with partners. Actively work with partners to design and deliver solutions. Work with APIs to support data integration across systems Qualifications and Experience : Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science Minimum Work Requirements : 3-5 years of System Administration experience 5-7 years experience configuring and working with cloud-based systems (HCM, ERP-HCM integration, CRM-HCM integration) Experience developing and working with application interfaces across systems Experience in Pharma or CRO Industry a plus Ability to create workflow, define and implement business processes and provide detailed reporting Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements, epics, and user stories Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Experience working with system support teams at partners and vendors Experience working with a team and independently Skills : Development/configuration of HCM (SAP HCM/Success Factors , Oracle HCM) in a global company Knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Reporting, Analytics configurations Experience with role based security setup and configurations Experience with Cloud integration tools (Oracle/ SAP) is a big plus Experience with API based integration between HCM systems and Datawarehouse or other systems Knowledge of Learning modules is a plus Project Management and Risk Mitigation Good communication skills Azure / Active Directory based SSO experience with cloud systems is a plus Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project Agile Development Tools and Methodologies, and Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
