Department: IT Strategy & AdvisoryJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded professional to join our team as a Tech Strategy and Advisory IT Service expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technology leadership, strategic direction, and IT advisory services to both internal stakeholders and clients. You will leverage your expertise in IT solutions, digital transformation, and industry best practices to drive value for businesses and ensure alignment with technological advancements.Your future employer -A global multinational professional services company originating in the United States and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, that specializes in information technology services and management consulting. As part of our growth and transformation, we are seeking a Data Modeling Specialist who will play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our data environments and driving our business projects forward.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Advisory: Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and IT strategies aligned with business goals. Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding IT investments and digital transformation.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring successful communication and project delivery. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored IT strategies and solutions.
• Technology Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the IT landscape, such as cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Recommend innovative solutions and strategies to clients.
• Transformation Management: Lead or support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively implemented and integrated within the client's environment.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure IT strategies and solutions are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to assess and procure the most suitable technology solutions for clients.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate technology-related risks, helping clients implement security measures and disaster recovery planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of technology initiatives.
• Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and clients to elevate their understanding of technology strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA from a tier 1 institute mandate.
• Experience: Overall 10+ years experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, technology strategy, or IT advisory roles.
• Proven experience in managing technology strategy for large-scale projects.
• Experience in digital transformation and delivering advisory services across various industries.
• Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading technology strategy development and implementation for large enterprises.
• A strong understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources or equivalent domains.
• Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
