Job Description

IT Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations within our radiology centers, ensuring seamless functionality of hardware, software, and networking infrastructure. This role will involve participation in software development projects, maintenance of radiology machines and equipment, management of PACS systems, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Management:

• Procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware across multiple radiology centers.
• Troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring timely repairs or replacements.

Software Development:

• Collaborating with software developers to build and customize applications specific to radiology operations.
• Testing and deploying software updates and enhancements.

Radiology Equipment Maintenance (CMC and AMC):

• Coordinating with vendors for Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (CMC and AMC) of radiology machines and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment maintenance.

Networking:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to support radiology operations.
• Monitoring network performance and security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

PACS Management:

• Managing Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Providing user support and training on PACS functionalities.

Data Security and Compliance:

• Implementing and enforcing IT security protocols to protect patient data and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks.

User Support:

• Providing technical support to radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff for IT-related issues.
• Developing and maintaining documentation and user guides.

Emergency Response:

• Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans for IT systems.
• Responding promptly to IT emergencies and minimizing downtime.

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies for promoting radiology services.
• Managing the radiology centers' online presence, including websites and social media platforms.
• Analyzing digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in healthcare or radiology settings.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with PACS systems and radiology equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

• Project management skills to handle IT projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Certification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This role may require occasional travel between radiology centers.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate maintenance and upgrade schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
