Job Summary:

We are looking for an ITI-certified technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at client sites. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Basic understanding of tools and software relevant to diagnostics and repair.
• Install, test, and set up machinery and equipment.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage.
• Document all services performed and communicate with the Service Manager.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.

Skills:

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and customer communication.
• Travel: Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
