ZF IT Service Management is responsible to manage entire global IT Service Portfolio Lifecycle, IT contracts, IT Service Level framework and operates the financial planning and billing processes. The tool landscape supports all the processes and comprises workflow-based service catalog solutions as well as systems for financial planning, calculation, billing, and volume determination. The solution architecture ensures a holistic management of services, financials, and volume data to steer global ZF IT.
As IT Service Management Analyst (Software Development) (m/f/d) you will:

• Design, develop, test, run and support (2nd level) entire IT Service Management tool landscape,
• Collaborate with ITSM, management team and service manager to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and enhancements,
• Analyze and define various business requirements, align with tool architecture and common data model, analyze problems, collect, and prioritize requirements, release, and deploy new web application versions.
• Technical implementation of requirements using Java, SQL, and reporting functions (Power BI, SAP SAC),
• Perform big data analysis,
• Deliver and maintain comprehensive technical solution documentation,
• Capacity planning and dependency management in sprint planning, Opportunity for suggesting and implementing continuous improvements to enhance effectiveness and drive innovation within the team.

Your profile:

• Business Analyst with strong technical background
• Experienced in business process analysis for identification of requirements and design of IT solutions,
• Professional level in implementing and operating Java-based web applications (JSF-Framework "Primefaces") and using relational SQL databases, building new and extending existing data models in relational databases and creation of SQL migration scripts in context of new web application releases
• Professional level in using Java Persistence API (JPA) within web applications
• Extended skills with data analytics solutions design and development (staged data processing in cloud or on-prem, up to visualizations in Power BI and/or Knime, SAP SAC)
• Extended skills with automating processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), operating Java-based web application using Apache Tomcat, setting up application role models,
• Experiences with SCCM, LDAP, OpenLM, and webservices beneficial Agile working method using Sprints, GIT, Jira, staging of web applications (DEV, QA, PROD)

Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information technologies, engineering or equivalent level of experience, 8 to 12 years of experience Team player who can work autonomously, taking initiatives and adopting changes, Ability to plan, organize and prioritize as well as a strong customer focus, Good communication skills, Proficient in English; German would be a plus.
