By joining the IT center as an IT Service Desk you will take in charge handling IT service requests, IT incidents (incidents; events) for all supported applications and
systems.
Your tasks:
---------------
• Provide assistance to users through remote access and phone support.
• Log IT incidents and IT service requests and maintains relevant records.
• Identify and classify incident types and Service interruptions.
• Record incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution.
• Analyze user issues to identify solutions and potential side effects.
• Escalate, if needed, unresolved IT problems to a higher level of support.
• Maintain documentation, update users on the process, and advise relevant parties of the actions taken.
Your profile:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in a related field
• Perfect communication in both german and english is mandatory
• A previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
• Knowledge across IT technology is considered as an advantage
