Job Description

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.Education and Qualifications

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in computer science
• Minimum 2 year of experience in dealing with international clients
• Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network, servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Resolve ServiceNow Tickets within SLA

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with Hardware, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions
• Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts
• Candidate should be open for transfer to another location or office, if the job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements
• The work location will be decided by the Organization depending upon the business requirement
• Candidate should be amendable to work from office
