As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to complex cybersecurity threats and incidents
Your expertise will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating advanced threats to AGCO information systems and data environment
You will work closely with other members of the cybersecurity team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve our cybersecurity program goals
Responsibilities
Responsible for Multi cloud strategy & Architecture with focus on cloud designs and patterns
Responsible for Cloud long-term technical strategy & planning.
Collaborates with partners, vendors and manufacturing department to provision estimates, develop overall implementation plans, customization, and integration efforts in order to support asks from global teams.
Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, obsolescence, and technology support gaps. Refines and expands the model as necessary.
Software development process best practices and coding standard definition; Assists in maintaining and improving internal organizational standards.
Ensure smart manufacturing products align with AGCOs Global IT infrastructure and technologies standards.
Enabling smart manufacturing systems integration with AGCOs global onboard machinery / engineering teams.
Support development teams that are building end to end IoT product solutions for our internal and external customers using IoT technology stack
Support design and implement of various services (Data Acquisition, Data Persistence, Data movement, Event Processing) inside the platform.
Coaching development teams to support project execution, operations, and alignment with overall Offboard application objectives.
Coaching and support of development teams technical and professional development
Processing of bugs / incidents from field tests and customer (service) feedback
Participation in project planning, working in close cooperation with the internal departments and in coordination with external partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
B achelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
Proven experience working as a Cybersecurity Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on incident response and threat analysis.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection solutions, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, malware analysis, and reverse engineering techniques.
Experience with log analysis, packet capture analysis, and forensic investigation methodologies.
Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
