We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager

In this role, you will:

• Provide guidance to junior members of a team, specifically proving technical or non-technical leadership as defined by the team manager
• Perform finance & headcount control which would include manpower plans, Target Operating Model headcount, Clarity management, and the interface in COO
• Perform control operation which would mean running or being involved in the mandated governance, managing associated risks and actions, ensure key artifacts such as minutes are created, be accountable or responsible for any associated remediation
• Perform control related remediation, effectively being responsible for the delivery of defined remediation for a specific control
• Perform control governance which would manage risks and audit findings, run all mandated meetings, ensure key artifacts such as minutes are created
• Perform governance for the Risk and Controls team which would be working with CCO Tech to manage risk, track/manage appropriate Audit points, route Audit/regulatory queries to correct owner, ensure control owners understand their obligations, run security controls meetings as defined by the Head of Risk and Controls
• Support Cyber Security mandated activities for the CTO GB/GF (TPRM, CSAT plus any other Cyber Security mandated activity, as identified)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of general risk management advantageous but not essential, Knowledge of controls governance advantageous but not essential
• An understanding of configuration baseline, patching and secure data destruction advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of HSBC NFRO control framework advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s Helios and ARaMIS advantageous but not essential, Knowledge of Agile Scrum & Kanban advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA advantageous but not essential. Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
• Risk and issue management tooling experience. Tools would include Helios, Aramis
• Experience in working with data and data analysis
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools including Power BI
