This individual is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Syensqo Procurement solutions like SAP MM and SRM. It is also a key player in the shaping of Syensqo's future IT landscape.We seek a tech-savvy professional with a robust understanding of one or more of these solutions, passionate about leveraging technology to streamline Procurement processes. • Maintain and improve the SAP Procurement applications to ensure business continuity; own the technical aspects of the applications; ensure system integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex SAP-related issues; ensure smooth operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of the applications in scope.
• Work closely with other IT procurement experts to analyze business and functional requirements; propose solutions for procurement processes and translate business needs into system requirements; identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP Procurement solutions.
• Provide expertise and guidance to the ERP Rebuild project (S4 Hana), ensuring seamless integration into Procurement's daily operations.
• Participate as a project member or Project Manager in SAP related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and system security; adhere to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a focus on Cybersecurity compliance and exhaustive documentation.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement jobs.
• Demonstrable experience supporting SAP MM is essential. Knowledge of SAP SRM and FI-AP is a plus.
• Experience with integrating SAP with other ERP systems (ie Ariba)
