We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic IT sales team. In this role, you will focus on outbound sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the technology sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our strategic goals. Eligibility Criteria: Min Experience: Min 2 years Qualification: MBA or bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field, Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills in English Reading & Writing expected. Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) Office. Remuneration: No Bar in Salary. Working days/time: Mon-Friday (9am to 6pm) Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and target potential clients in the Web & Mobile App Development and Digital Marketing field.
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce our IT solutions and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the technology sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and providing custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical staff, to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients to our service teams.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Track and report on sales activities and achievements against targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and products, including software development, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to a diverse audience.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
