Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for IT Sales Executive. This rolerequires both proven experience working with the latest web technologies andoutstanding personal communication skills. You should be result-oriented, detail- oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, a team player, customer focused, and enjoy working with many different personalities.

? This role is an on-site full time position.

Duties And Responsibilities-

? New Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with potentialclients to sell IT services with a focus on web development, Digital Marketing( SEO, PPC )

? Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and the growth of our partnership.

? Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads, manage the sales pipeline, and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities for additional IT services.

? Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior management to define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

? Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches that clearly articulate the value of our IT services to prospective clients.

? Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.

? Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to better position our services.

? Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover and execution of projects.

? Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Requirements-

? Proven experience (2-3 years) in IT Sales, Business Development in the IT services or consulting domain.

? Master/Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent industry work experience.

? Experience selling to corporate marketing.

? Experience working in a B2B sales environment with a focus on building long term client relationships.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Ability to manage and develop large client accounts, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
