We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are keen to kick start their careers in the existing domain of B2B Sales and closing deals.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our field automation software solutions across pharmaceuticals, logistics, and healthcare industries. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales, field operations, and industry-specific challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand key enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and convert pharmaceutical, logistics, and healthcare clients into long-term customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate and nurture leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our field automation solutions.
Client Relationship & Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and operations leaders in target industries.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend customized solutions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with market demands.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:xe2x9cx85 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
xe2x9cx85 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in Healthcare.
xe2x9cx85 Deep industry knowledge of pharmaceutical sales operations, logistics management, or healthcare field operations.
xe2x9cx85 Proven ability to close enterprise deals and manage high-value accounts.
xe2x9cx85 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
xe2x9cx85 Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
xe2x9cx85 Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
