Responsibilities:


• Conduct industry research for sales solutions.

• Handle Excel sheets, data mining, and daily client follow-ups.
• Update key stakeholders in business meetings.
• Provide feedback to salespeople.
• Review sales contracts for legal and corporate compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries about products/services.
• Data Sourcing and Management:
• Source accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google search, and offline networks of decision-makers in the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the Ecommerce, IT product, and IT services sectors.
• Maintain the database on the organization's internal templates.
• Sales Meetings:
• Prepare for meetings via structured research about target clients.
• Conduct effective sales meetings to:
• Understand the IT services ecosystem of the client.
• Position Codevian as the best choice for the client.
• Generate requirements for IT Services and Staff Augmentation from the client.
• Sales Proposals:
• Create presentations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals.
• Sales Conversion:
• Negotiate win-win deals.
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
• Client Coordination:
• Write professional emails to record all discussions with the client.
• Serve as the interface between the client and the operations team from contract initiation to completion.
