• Job Responsibilities
• 1. Sales Strategy Development
• o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.o Identify new market opportunities and target customers.2. Team Leadership and Managemento Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.o Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.3. Market and Competitor Analysiso Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.o Use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.4. Client Relationship Management (Optional for some clients)o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.o Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.5. Sales Operationso Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.o Ensure efficient sales operations and adherence to sales processes and standards.6. Reporting and Analyticso Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.o Use data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.7. Collaboration with Other Departmentso Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.o Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.8. Budget Managemento Develop and manage the sales department budget.o Allocate resources effectively to achieve sales goals.9. Product Knowledgeo Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and their applications in retail operations.o Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.10. Contract Negotiation with partners/vendorso Lead contract negotiations with partners/vendors/clients to secure favourable terms.o Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirementsDesired Skills :
• Demonstrated some success in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
