Job Title: Senior IT Sales Executive (Male Only)

Location: Jadavpur near South city

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development :
• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis and Strategy :
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans to increase market share.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
• Reporting and Performance Tracking :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, CRM, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Negotiation : Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM Tools : Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the IT industry or sector your company targets, e.g., (Software Development, CRM, Digital Marketing, Making Website,all types of IT Service Work].
• Existing network of contacts within the IT industry or target markets.
• Experience with selling IT services.

Salary:-Rs 350000 To Rs 50000 per month Plus Incentive

Experience:-Minimum 2 years to 3 years of experience
