Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Lead Generation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
• Promote IT solutions, products, and services to potential and existing clients.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product and Service Knowledge
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products, services, and solutions.
• Explain and demonstrate features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Sales Execution
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals.
• Close sales and ensure timely follow-ups for successful implementation.
• Market Research and Analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
