IT Sales:Responsibilities
• Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS product
• Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide
• Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
• Deliver quality and tailored Demos to prospects based on their needs and priorities
• Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
• Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Managing & guiding a team, keeping them motivated and drive results through collaboration
• Through exceptional organizational skills, manage your daily tasks and sales pipeline to ensure you hit quota .
• Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics, and new business leads
Requirements
• Bachelors degree (B.Tech(CS/IT), BCA) or relevant experience
• Tech & goal-driven mindset
• Proven work experience in SaaS Sales or similar role
• Experience in an outbound sales environment and online selling
• A proven track record of consistently smashing performance targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Native English level, or equivalent, is mandatory
• Team player, critical thinking, and awesome communication skills (fluent English, Hindi and Local Language))
• People-oriented! It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively
• Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
