Job Title: Sales Associate (IT Sales)
Location: Varanasi (Onsite)

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our IT sales team at Octobit8. In this role, you will focus on driving sales of our IT solutions and services, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients for IT solutions and services.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.

Customer Engagement:

• Understand clients' IT needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials for lead generation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support of solutions.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
