We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT products and services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential clients in the IT sector.
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Sales Execution:
• Present IT solutions and services to clients and explain their benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Market Research:
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated with IT industry developments and competitors.
• Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide regular sales reports to the management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in IT products or services (7 months to 2 years).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
