IT Sales Executive:

Salary range: 15000-35000 (as per Experience)

Experience: 1- 3 years

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and field visits.

Research market trends and maintain a database of potential customers.

Sales Execution:

Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvement and new product development.

Field Sales Activities:

Conduct on-site visits to meet clients and understand their specific requirements.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in IT sales, including both field and inside sales.

Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Ability to travel as required for field sales.
