Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and field visits.
• Research market trends and maintain a database of potential customers.
• Sales Execution:
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvement and new product development.
• Field Sales Activities:
• Conduct on-site visits to meet clients and understand their specific requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, including both field and inside sales.
• Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required for field sales.

• A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ?15,467.51 - ?37,772.53 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• IT sales: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
