We're looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive who can drive business growth by connecting with potential clients and offering tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:


Identify and connect with potential clients via networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Solution-Based Selling:


Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware, software, or service-based solutions.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.

Product Demos & Presentations:


Conduct engaging demos and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.

Proposals & Negotiations:


Prepare detailed sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with company goals.

Cross-Team Collaboration:


Coordinate with technical, service, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and client onboarding.

Reporting & Analysis:


Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and performance.

Market Awareness:


Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales (hardware/software/services) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Solid understanding of IT products and the digital ecosystem Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Must be based in Faridabad and willing to work from our Sector 48 office
