Job Description

As a Sales Executive for our website and mobile app development services, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships in offshore markets including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Your primary role will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs, present our solutions, and close sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting :
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the targeted offshore markets.
• Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, online forums, networking events, and cold outreach.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and budget.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements.
• Present tailored solutions to clients through proposals, demos, and presentations.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Sales Process Management :
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
• Market and Competitor Analysis :
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide insights and feedback to the team on market trends and potential opportunities.
• Reporting and Collaboration :
• Use CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the tech industry with a focus on website and mobile app development services.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
• Sales Skills : Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of website and mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with offshore clients.
• Self-Motivation : Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
