Experience: Minimum 1+ Years

Requirements:
• Fluent Communication: Strong fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Objection Handling: Ability to navigate challenging conversations and handle objections effectively during cold calls.
• Resilience & Motivation: Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle frequent rejections while staying focused.
• Time Overlap: Availability to overlap at least 5 hours with USA business hours for successful client outreach.
• Persuasive Skills: Strong ability to engage prospects, build quick rapport, and persuade them to take action.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to tailor sales approaches for different clients, industries, and requirements.
• Goal-Oriented: Committed to meeting call targets, generating leads, and driving conversions.
• Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism in interactions and follow-ups, nurturing long-term client relationships.
