Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales and Executive to join our team on-site. This role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales of IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales within the technology industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions, products, and services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction during the sales cycle and after project delivery.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in IT sales or business development.
• Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with software development services, IT consulting, or technology solutions.
• Familiarity with sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelancer platforms.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
