Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering client relationships. This role requires a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, establish and maintain relationships, and close sales deals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Newrise Technosys's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to clients.
• Client Meetings: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, addressing their needs and objections effectively.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to close deals.
• Customer Support: Work closely with the support and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including web and app development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
