Position Overview: We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads within the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
? Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT service solutions.
? Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
? Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. ? Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
? Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills :

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT services industry.
? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
