Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the designated territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
