As a Sales and Support Executive you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer support efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Actively engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Following up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in IT Sales industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
