Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive for our SaaS Product at Engineer Philosophy Web Services Pvt. Ltd. , you will engage with potential leads through live chat and email, converting them into customers by offering tailored SaaS solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering customized software, web, mobile, and GIS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage leads through live chat and email, understanding their needs.
• Convert leads into customers and manage follow-ups.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate our technology solutions.
• Report on sales progress and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
• Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in typing, sales, and communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
