Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities: digital sales,
• Conduct thorough research to identify new sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Lead the sales process from qualification to closure, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of growth marketing strategies and how they can be applied to different client scenarios.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets, with minimal reliance on the marketing team.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking client interactions, managing leads, and publishing reports.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including D2C, E-commerce, and B2B sectors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a digital agency environment.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing, performance marketing, and retention strategies.
• Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or B2B clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
