Position Overview: The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's offerings and how they address client needs.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new leads and potential clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven track record in IT sales or a related field. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including hardware, software, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
