Position - Business Development Executive - IT Sales

Experience - 2 to 4 years

Location - Gurgaon / Jaipur

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT sales and experience in online bidding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through active participation in online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

? Researching and identifying potential business opportunities and projects through various channels like online bidding (Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelance), Linkedin Sales Navigator, Emails, and Social media.

? Converting prospects into qualified leads by effectively nurturing relationships and addressing their pain points.

? Developing proposals, presentations, and strategies for winning bids/projects.

? Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

? Establishing the Company as a trusted advisor to the clients.

? Negotiating terms and conditions with clients.

? Maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

? Collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.

? Handling the full sales cycle right from bidding to client communication, coordination with the team, delivery, and closure with payment and feedback.

Skills Required

? Proven experience in online bidding and business development.

? Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

? Strong understanding of IT products and services.

? Experience in pitching to B2B corporate clients for products and services, staff augmentation, and IT solutions

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
