Job Description
Position: Telesales (Female)
Company: Qocept Technologies Pvt. Ltd
Location: 204, Shivalay Complex, Lions Hall Rd, behind Jagdish Farsan, Next to IDFC First Bank, Malhar Point, Diwalipura, Vadodara, Gujarat.
Experience : 0- 6 months
Salary : 15k-18k
Roles and responsibilities:
Promote and sell products or services
Maintain call records and follow up with leads
Achieve sales targets and goals
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Keep accurate records of interactions with customers
Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance
Stay up to date on product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits to customers
Qualification:
Graduation or under graduation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience in telesales or customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
