We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Hashcyrpt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software solutions to clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
### IT Sales Executive Responsibilities:


Identify and target potential clients in the designated market segment for our software products and services.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and quotas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand client base.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software products.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, following company policies and procedures.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, targets, and progress to the sales manager.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to offer informed recommendations to clients.
### IT Sales Executive Requirements:


Proven experience as a Software Sales Executive, preferably in the software or IT industry.
Strong understanding of software products and technology solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build influence clients.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
MCA/M.Tech/B.E/M.Sc./MBA or equivalent experience in related field is preferred.
