We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our client-centric sales team and drive revenue growth. The Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets while prioritizing exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute client-centric sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and exceptional client experiences.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management with a strong focus on client satisfaction and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals while ensuring the highest level of client service.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs, and proactively adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and content team to develop client-focused sales collateral, promotional materials, and pricing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive business growth, anticipate client needs, and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure adherence to client-centric sales processes, policies, and procedures, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing development plans to enhance their skills, including communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
