Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT sector, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and have a strong understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses of all sizes, to introduce our IT products and services.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's IT products, services, and solutions to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver presentations and product demos to prospective clients to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and adjust sales approaches.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, results, and customer feedback to report to management and refine strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT sales or technology-related sales, preferably in software, hardware, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to understand client needs.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT and technology sectors.
• Familiarity with the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
