Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals) and develop a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
• Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
• Product Knowledge and Solution Selling: Maintain a strong understanding of our IT products and services to provide clients with relevant and customized solutions, that address their specific business needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our IT solutions.
• Proposal and Contract Preparation: Draft and present detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
• Objection Handling and Negotiation: Effectively address customer concerns and objections, using negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close sales.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and timely post-sales support.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to proactively identify and leverage new opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue performance to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
