We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions to clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Promote and sell IT products, services, or solutions, including software, Digital marketing, cloud services, or managed IT solutions.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of IT products and services, such as cloud computing, Software development, Data analytics, Mobile application, IT and business consulting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
