Realx ERP is looking for an ambitious, energetic IT Sales Executive at Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh and surrounding Areas.
The ideal candidate is someone with 3+ years of experience in software sales and associated business development roles. The individual will be someone with a keen interest in technology and its unique business cases. They will help us identify new business.

Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused on gaining new clients and building new pipelines.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or an associated role.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local Language.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Education in Commerce/Business Administration, Sales or associated field.
