Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage platforms like Upwork/Freelancer for project acquisition.
• Manage and update CRM with sales activities and client data.
• Collaborate with teams and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
