Job Description

s of IT & Retail Trainer:

IT & Retail Trainer- "Helping Yuva - A Skill initiative of Nord Anglia and Reach India", role assigned:

Employee will conduct IT & retail Training sessions under "Helping Yuva - A Skill initiative of Nord Anglia and Reach India". Employee will keep regular attendance of students. Trainer might need to call and interact with candidates who didn't reach to center. Employee will keep a record of dropout students and coordination with the Centre Manager and Mobilizer. Employee will conduct counseling of new candidates and motivate them to join the course. Employee will prepare all documentations including candidates' profile and periodic report writing as per specified format etc. Employee will make sure that each participant's profile is recorded as a part of documentations. Employee will monitor and verify the batch wise analytical report on completion of the entire courses of three months period, prepared by the instructors separately, compiling with the interest, attendance, sincerity, rate of successes in the weekly/monthly tests, personality growth etc. of each participant. Employee will look into Placement of the candidates with consultation of Centre Manager. She/he will contact and make effective communication with the local employers for placement of batch wise successful participants in the suitable position in the formal sector of economy. Employee will support in mobilization as and when required. She/he may support in telephonic mobilization, conducting demo classes in collages or slum pockets etc. Employee may be assigned other task and activities as per the mission of Reach India Trust and may also be required to make some travels to Reach's other operational states as and when required.
Report writing and Documentation:

Develop case studies and preparing communications materials as per RIT model. Support the Centre Manager in developing the Project documentation for the donor. Coordinate, implement and documentation of the social mobilization processes with the support of team members. Final analytical and qualitative report preparation for the batch wise participants in compiling with the personal traits and development during the course period.
Other Responsibilities :

Be a team player and develop inter personal & professional relationship within the team. Support and develop strategies for enhancing the center functionality. Must be from Hyderabad Should have 2-3 years of prior experience in related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
