IT Recruitment Partner (On Contract) Job description
Support talent acquisition strategy:
Collect and collate data regarding resource and talent gaps.
Produce reliable and relevant management information by analyzing resource data such as turnover, retention, new hires, productivity and capability.
Analyze management information/data to help provide advice on the right choice to fill a resourcing need.
Deliver Talent Acquisition plans:
Knowledge of Jurisdictional law, regulation and agreed policy in relation to resourcing.
Manage resourcing processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose to deliver required outcome.
Conduct regular external talent identification exercises in line with agreed principles.
Test the external market to ascertain Proficiency Levels of available talent, what it will take to attract them and how to source (social and professional media, search, press etc.).
Explain resourcing and talent processes clearly to applicants and employees
and give ongoing support as necessary
Advise and make recommendations to managers about when to resource externally or use internal talent.
Work with managers to ensure they understand and are fully engaged with resource and talent activities and processes
Assessment & Selection
Select a range of assessment and selection approaches to enable the organization to make informed choices about candidates.
Administer assessment events, arrange logistics for assessors and candidates, and collate information for assessors.
Ensure all internal and external interviewers and assessors are competent and fully trained in the chosen approach and in diversity and equality practices.
Must have Experiences, Exposure and Educational background
Postgraduate with 2-4 years of HR experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition in IT domain product management, data engineers, solution architects, etc
Should have some exp in product hiring.
Good at stakeholder management.
Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Should have experience in executing a recruitment plan to agreed standards and deadlines.
Exposure to conduct effective assessment and interviewing techniques.
